On November 18, 2021, Catalan continued to reach new creative milestones with the launch of the CENTURION 100 - TOUCHING WONDERS collection, comprising 12 large-format 100x100cm tiles. The collection was created with the full heart, mind, and effort of the Catalan team after more than 4,000 hours of dedication.  

 

Centurion 100 draws inspiration from nature and the universe: the majesty of rock formations with their swirling patterns, the exquisite beauty of world wonders, and the mysterious depths of the galaxy in the vast cosmos. All of these elements deeply moved the Catalan artist, leading to the creation of the Centurion 100 collection with 12 stunning designs – 12 touches upon the wonder of Mother Nature.

 

12 MASTERPIECES THAT REACH THE WONDER IN THE CENTURION 100 COLLECTION

 

Titani Stone: The star of the Centurion 100 collection. Its inspiration comes from the undulating movement of the curved titanium slabs in the architectural design of the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, Spain, and the monochromatic transition from white to gray, sometimes with the characteristic golden hue of titanium under light refraction. This combination of color and movement in Titani Stone mimics the powerful surface of the titanium mineral, evoking a sense of flowing energy and regenerating emotion. Titanium is also the 22nd element in the periodic table, so when mentioning titanium, one thinks of its symbolism of durability, eternity, and stories of ancient Greek gods.

 

Brown Stone: Standard Italian technology and techniques, combined with warm brown tones that vividly portray the layered stone patterns created over time, evoke the feeling of being immersed in the architectural masterpieces of medieval European castles.

 

Black Stone: A variation of the galaxy in the vast universe. The absolute black tone reflects the profound depth of the cosmos, with its planets and galaxies. This design, true to its name, is a miniature galaxy, possessing a mysterious beauty and the boundless energy of space.

 

Amazon: The captivating beauty of nature. Calacatta Stone: Catalan artists have incorporated seamless, continuous stone patterns into the design of Calacatta Stone, making the entire space feel like a unified whole, creating a unique space that suits all interior architectural styles.

 

Crema Marfil: Crema Marfil features a neutral beige background, accented with light yellow, dark yellow, or reddish-brown veins. Silk Stone: Catalan designers have blended marble from snow-capped quarries in Northern Europe with elements from the stories of the Silk Road to create the unique and sophisticated veining of Silk Stone. Light Grey Stone: Light Grey Stone is suitable for those who love minimalist style with its light grey tones. The designers have toned down the intensity of the stone's veins, limiting contrast to create a gentle and harmonious design.
