The Five Values – the core value system shaping Catalan people
At the milestone of 18 years of establishment and development, Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, Ngô Hoài Phương, delivered a long-term message to all employees. Through this message, Catalan not only reflects on its journey so far but, more importantly, seeks to build a generation of Catalan people who embody the “Five Values” – a core value system that serves as a guiding principle for both living and working.
The Five Core Values of Catalan people include:

The Five Values are not only a work philosophy but also a way of life
Sharing about the Five Values, Ms. Ngô Hoài Phương emphasized:
“We will build together a generation of Catalan people who fully embody the ‘Five Values’ – individuals who care for themselves, love their families, dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to the company, build credibility with partners, and spread positive values to society.”
More than just a philosophy, the Five Values are defined by Catalan as a foundation that guides the behavior, attitudes, working spirit, and way of life of every member of the organization.

At the same time, the Vice Chairwoman also shared her expectations with the entire team:
“I hope every Catalan member becomes better every day. And I believe that each member today can proudly say: I am a Catalan person – a member of a shared home rich in humanity and resilience.”
For Catalan, the Five Values represent a long-term commitment to a sustainable development journey where people are respected, contributions are recognized, and positive values are continuously spread to the community and society.
