As Catalan Joint Stock Company celebrates its 19th anniversary in 2026, one of the most moving and meaningful moments of the program was the ceremony honoring 44 employees who have been part of Catalan for 10 and 15 years.

When Dedication Becomes the Most Precious Value

From its early days of laying the foundation to its development today, Catalan has gone through many stages of transformation, facing numerous challenges and embracing many opportunities. Throughout this journey, there have been people who have quietly devoted themselves for more than a decade, remaining closely connected to every production line, every operational process, and every stage of the Company's growth.

The 44 employees honored on this occasion are primarily working in production, engineering, and operations at the Catalan factory. They have spent many years working across pressing and drying lines, cutting and polishing, printing and glazing, kilns, quality control, raw materials, fuel, technology, electrical engineering, forklifts, heavy machinery, and many other essential support positions within the production process.

Some work in the intense heat of the kilns. Others are dedicated to quality control, while some quietly ensure the steady supply of raw materials and fuel and keep equipment operating efficiently so that the production lines remain stable. Whatever their position, each of them is an essential link in the process that contributes to every tile carrying the Catalan brand before it reaches customers.

The dedication of these factory employees cannot be measured simply by 10 or 15 years of service. It is also reflected in thousands of production shifts, countless working days alongside the production lines, meticulous attention to every stage of the process, and a strong sense of responsibility for product quality.

An Emotional Moment at the Recognition Ceremony

In the solemn atmosphere of the ceremony, the Company's Leadership directly presented certificates of recognition, commemorative trophies, and gifts of appreciation to the employees being honored for their 10 and 15 years of dedication to Catalan.
