LOOKING BACK AT THE MOMENTS OF THE WORKERS' CONFERENCE HELD IN CATALAN

On the eve of the Lunar New Year of the Dragon 2024, at the recent Employees’ Conference, Catalan’s staff and leadership team came together to reflect on the journey so far - marked by moments of success as well as challenges and hardships along the way.
The event also reviewed the company’s business performance in 2023 and outlined key directions and objectives for 2024. It was combined with recognition and reward activities to honor outstanding employees and teams who made significant contributions throughout the year.
In particular, 4 employees were awarded the title of Outstanding Employee, while 172 employees achieved the Advanced Labor recognition.
In addition, the lucky draw minigame brought joyful and engaging moments, offering exciting prizes exclusively for Catalan staff to celebrate the upcoming Lunar New Year 2024.
