LOOKING BACK AT THE MOMENTS OF THE WORKERS' CONFERENCE HELD IN CATALAN

On the eve of the Lunar New Year 2024 (Year of the Dragon), at the recent Workers' Conference, the staff and the entire leadership team at Catalan looked back on the journey so far, with moments of success as well as difficulties and hardships.

The ceremony summarized the business performance results for 2023 and outlined the tasks and directions for 2024. It also included activities to reward, encourage, and honor employees with outstanding achievements in 2023 – those teams/individuals who worked excellently and contributed to the company's development. Specifically, 4 employees received the title of exemplary advanced worker and 172 employees received the title of advanced worker

In addition, with the lucky draw minigame, the program also provides moments of entertainment and fun interaction, along with many attractive Catalan gifts specially dành for employees to celebrate the New Year 2024.

And to affirm that the Catalan journey is a solid destination for all new beginnings, the song "First Footprints" is sung, expressing a wish for fulfillment and the joy of reuniting in every moment.
